Receive free Standard Shipping within Canada and US on every order over CAD $39, when signed into a karlahanson.com account. Please see Order Processing Times and Shipping Restrictions below for additional information.

  • Standard: 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $9

  • Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - Calculated by shipment volume & weight

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days. 

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with shipment confirmation. Just click on View your order to take you to the order summary, where you will find your tracking number. Click on the tracking number, and it will take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on My Account near the top right corner. Click on the order number to view order details and status. The tracking number will appear under Fulfillment Status. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.


We ship merchandise ordered on KarlaHanson.com to all Canadian provinces and territories, the USA and 238 other countries worldwide.


You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For wholesale orders, please register and login into your jysenterprise.com account. Please feel free to contact Customer Care for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  2. You’ll soon receive an email with your Prepaid Return Label. Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent off within the 14-day return & exchange period.

  3. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

  4. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via KarlaHanson.com with shipping and returns fees deducted.  When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the Canadian province or territory to which you are shipping your order. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped from Canada.  You may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery for orders shipped to US and anywhere outside Canada.


You must be a registered customer on KarlaHanson.com to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes only those purchases made after establishing an account.
