We ship within the United States and Canada from our Vancouver, BC location.

SHIPPING RATES

United States:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $59 USD
- Flat rate $8.99 USD for orders under $59

Canada:
- Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $79
- Flat rate CAD $9.99 for orders under $79

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship only within the United States and Canada. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us at info@jysenterprise.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jysenterprise.com with your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
